The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Delivery Management, with a particular emphasis on Quadient (or) GMC Inspire, .Net, and UX Design. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Lead the delivery management process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Utilize Quadient (or) GMC Inspire to design and implement effective delivery solutions.
- Oversee the development and integration of .Net applications to support project goals.
- Apply UX Design principles to enhance user experience and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Mandatory Skills:- Proficiency in Quadient (or) GMC Inspire for project delivery.
- Strong understanding of .Net technologies and their application in project management.
- Experience in UX Design, with a focus on creating user-friendly interfaces.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in managing remote teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
