Serve as the primary technical liaison for senior government stakeholders (COR, PMO) regarding high-level risk management and overarching service delivery health.
Establish and enforce overarching quality standards, DevSecOps best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives across all participating teams.
Monitor enterprise-level Agile metrics and delivery pipelines to identify bottlenecks and optimize the overarching value stream.
Drive strategic alignment by translating high-level contract requirements into executable delivery roadmaps.
