What You'll Do:- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted, long-term relationships
- Partner with internal leaders to align delivery objectives with business goals and ensure effective resource planning
- Facilitate executive-level checkpoints to assess satisfaction, manage risks, and resolve escalations
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by championing innovation and process enhancements
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutioning teams to develop pricing and staffing models aligned with client and company goals
- Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and support account planning efforts
What You'll Bring:- Proven experience leading complex software projects and cross-functional teams in a technology environment
- Strong project management expertise, including tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Leadership mindset with the ability to inspire teams, drive change, and mentor others
- High level of integrity, accountability, and initiative
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
- PMP, ACP, or SAFe RTE certifications are a plus
- 8+ years of experience in project leadership roles
