Briefly Describe the Work
Global InfoTek, Inc. is seeking a Defense Experimentation & Test Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute military technology demonstrations and field trials. You will author rigorous test plans, oversee range instrumentation, collect field metrics, and validate operational capabilities across joint experimentation venues and field test ranges.
Required Skills • Demonstrated experience planning, managing, and executing joint military technology experimentation events. • Ability to author comprehensive Design of Experiments (DOE), Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), and flight/field safety plans. • Experience with field data collection, telemetry recording, and quantitative capability validation. • Strong cross-functional leadership skills to interface between prototype developers, range safety officers, and warfighters. • Knowledge of joint military operational environments and multi-domain operations (MDO).
Desired Skills • Prior experience supporting Joint Staff J7, Service Warfighting Labs, or OUSD (R&E) Joint Capability Technology Demonstrations (JCTDs). • Familiarity with autonomous systems testing or microelectronics hardware validation in rugged environments. • Flight test or maritime range safety experience.
