The Dean also works closely with the Director of Student Wellness and Engagement to connect individual student care and specialized support with broader prevention, wellness, engagement, and belonging strategies.

The Dean provides leadership for staff supervision and development, strategic planning, assessment, budgets and grants, policy and technology implementation, partnerships, compliance, and continuous improvement across assigned areas.
