The Opportunity
As a Deals - FDD Healthcare Revenue Analytics - Senior Associate, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will be responsible for analyzing financial information, focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role, you will be part of our Deals practice, focusing on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. This position offers a chance to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows, and key deal issues
- Supporting clients in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures by providing strategic advice and business diligence services
- Navigating complex transactions to maximize value in business deals
- Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting to inform insights and recommendations
- Interpreting data to develop a deeper understanding of business context and changing dynamics
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to PwC's code of conduct
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs
- Collaborating with teams to deliver quality work and inspire growth
- Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas
- Managing and guiding junior team members in client engagement tasks and projects
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data
- Navigating ambiguity in healthcare revenue analytics projects
- Building meaningful client relationships in financial due diligence

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
