  • Provide technical guidance to dealers regarding regulatory compliance.
  • Develop, coordinate, and support safety and environmental training and awareness programs and provide coaching, feedback, and technical guidance to dealer leadership and safety representatives.
  • Independently conduct Genchi Genbutsu/dealer visits, including safety and environmental inspections, audits, needs assessments, and technician ride-alongs to identify workplace hazards and unsafe practices.
  • Promote and support standardization of safe work procedures, PPE, tool use, and safe-driving practices for dealer technicians.
  • Lead implementation of enterprise-wide dealer purchasing initiatives such as vehicle dash cameras, PPE, and other identified safety resources.
  • Conduct Safety Policy/Handbook gap assessments and work with dealers to identify and address gaps.
  • Lead monthly safety meetings with dealer safety representatives.
  • Provide guidance and resources to support dealer safety culture development and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate communication of customer safety requirements applicable to dealer technicians.
  • Develop and conduct safety presentations at key meetings and other appropriate forums.
  • Coordinate dealer reassessments using a safety culture survey and identify improvement opportunities based on results.
  • Support dealer ergonomics initiatives, including ASEC certification calibration, ergonomic JHAs such as the Tire Press assessment, and Stretch & Flex communications.
  • Support property/auto insurance and claims management, including workers' compensation and injury-management activities, and serve as a liaison to the TINA Risk Manager.
  • Participate in Dealer Loss Controls visits, annual property insurance inspections, industrial hygiene activities, and risk-reduction follow-up.
  • Serve as a primary TMHNA point of contact for assigned dealer safety initiatives and projects involving external safety consultants.
  • Independently manage multiple complex dealer safety projects and initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
