Full Job Description
A Snapshot of Your Day

No two days will look the same. As a User Engagement Professional, you will drive digital adoption across the North America region by coordinating roll out of policies, guidelines, programs, and standards that support the DC HUB team and the Business Areas function.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand end-user needs, translate feedback into practical IT demand requirements, and ensure digital solutions are being used effectively across the organization.

Your day may include maintaining DC HUB communities, monitoring progress against targets, preparing timely updates for leadership, improving procedures and processes, and supporting change-release activities for new or enhanced IT systems. You will stay connected to ongoing DC projects, initiatives, timelines, technical topics, and solutions in a continuously evolving environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Manage end-to-end initiatives encompassing strategy, technical & non-technical, budget planning, communication, process & policy standardizations, and branding topics.
  • Drive adoption of new digital tools and technologies across business areas and support Digital Core initiatives by coordinating and/or leading both local and global topics.
  • The candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization from Senior Management to Individual Contributor.
  • Partnering closely with business areas, ensuring that Digital Core HUB North America maintains trust, strong customer advocacy, and consistent value delivery as a horizontal enabler for all business functions.
  • Identify challenges that can be automated & optimized by leveraging AI tools in the work environment.
  • The candidate must be organized, self-driven, self-motivated and have skills to tackle problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem may be difficult or complex.

What You Bring
