Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Endocrinology & Diabetes Care | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Location: Dayton, OH area (on-site at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities) Compensation: $150,000 - $220,000 annually Specialty: Endocrinology | Diabetes Management | Geriatrics | Post-Acute Care

This is an excellent opportunity for a provider seeking a high level of clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, strong administrative support, and the chance to grow within an established and respected specialty group.About the Role

Our providers deliver on-site endocrine care to residents of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout the Dayton area. You will manage patients with diabetes, thyroid disease, and other common endocrine conditions while collaborating closely with facility nursing teams, primary care providers, and administration.What You'll Do
