Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced DataOps Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Web FOCUS reporting, Databricks, and the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
The ideal candidate will support enterprise data warehouse and reporting applications, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, monitor ETL/data integration jobs, and ensure data accuracy and system stability.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Production Support and incident management.
Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Experience with Web FOCUS reporting and dashboard support.
Exposure to Databricks, Spark, and modern data platforms.
Strong understanding of P&C Insurance processes, including Policy, Underwriting, Claims, and Billing.
