About the Job:
As a Manager, Analytics/Insights, you will conceptualize, design, and deliver marketing analytics solutions, spanning opportunity identification, segmentation, media analytics, and CRM evaluations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing initiatives, and will oversee junior team members, providing training and guidance on data analysis, visualization, and quality assurance.
A Day in the Life:
* Guide analysts in data extraction, hygiene, and quality control from multiple marketing platforms.
* Oversee development of analytical plans, including methodology and metrics.
* Support website and media tagging, implementation, and QA.
* Extract and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
* Communicate key findings and observations to stakeholders through clear presentations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to design and build reports that drive business outcomes.
What you will need:
* Bachelor's degree (preferred), with 3-6 years of experience in marketing analytics or related fields.
* Advanced knowledge of analytic solutions platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, Google DataStudio) and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Adobe).
* Working knowledge of data infrastructure, programming languages (SQL, MYSQL, NO-SQL), and cloud storage solutions.
* Competency in website and media (UTM) tagging, with ability to summarize disparate datasets and leverage various platforms (Excel, Tableau, PPT, SQL).
* Strong problem-solving, management, and adaptability skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and train junior team members.$110,000 - $145,000
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
