Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or related field and 2 years of relevant experience with large data sets required.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the same fields plus 5 years of progressive experience in data analytics acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of data security standards in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, Python, VBA, and SSIS essential.
• Experience in Business Intelligence tools including Tableau development, ETL process development, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, stable, scalable long-term plans for the flow of hospital data.
• Assist in creating scalable data infrastructure and platforms for large data collection and processing.
• Establish tracking methods for data quality, completeness, redundancy, and compliance.
• Create strategies for data capacity planning, security, management lifecycle, and backup.
• Oversee mapping of data sources and interfaces to ensure data quality and flow.
• Define standards for data governance, management, and delivery processes.
• Participate in designing data and information models across multiple stakeholders.
