Summary

Fire Creek Services Company, an All Native Group company, is seeking a Data / BI Analyst to build performance dashboards and monthly performance reports for facility maintenance operations (resolution time, first-time fix, emergency response, preventive maintenance compliance, parts fill rate, data completeness and customer satisfaction), along with failure and lifecycle analyses that guide improvement. This is an immediate opening.

 

Essential Functions

  • Define performance baselines, calculation rules and exclusions with the Government customer, and report by request priority, asset class and zone.
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards that show source timestamps and data sync status.
  • Produce monthly performance and cost-avoidance reports.
  • Analyze failure codes and repeat visits, and support parts-demand planning using historical work-request data.
  • Validate data for accuracy, completeness and timeliness before publishing reports.
  • Document metric definitions, calculation rules and data sources in a data dictionary.
  • Protect sensitive data and follow data privacy and controlled unclassified information (CUI) handling practices.

Work Environment

Remote or office-based, computer-focused work, with periodic on-site travel to Fort Campbell, Kentucky.

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lb.

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full-time and part-time positions available. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, daytime.

 

Travel

Daily local travel between buildings on the installation.

 

Experience

  • 4+ years of BI or reporting experience using SQL.
  • Strong SQL and dashboard design skills.
  • Ability to explain data quality issues to operations staff.

Preferred:

  • Maintenance or operations KPI reporting.
  • Maximo/BIRT or Cognos reporting.
  • Failure analysis (MTBF/MTTR).
  • Facility lifecycle decision support.
  • Experience with Power BI data modeling (DAX).
  • Familiarity with data governance and privacy practices.
  • Experience working on Department of Defense (DoD) installations, contracts or programs is a plus.

 

Education

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.

 

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Power BI or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain installation access.
