OverviewITA is seeking a driven Data Analyst II to support our analytics initiatives. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions.
This opportunity is contingent upon successful contract award, expected Fall 2026.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Identify and collect key performance data from various data sources.
- Conduct analyses to identify trends and assess program effectiveness.
- Develop reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Standardize data sets and structures for ease of access and manipulation.
- Provide recommendations to enhance data collection processes and analysis methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with team members to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, or R).
- Experience with data manipulation and transformation processes.
- Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and analysis.
- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics concepts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Background in working with large datasets
- Familiarity with Cloud Computing
- Familiarity with AGILE development
- Understanding of industry-specific metrics and performance indicators.

Pay range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 annually.
This position has a broad compensation range due to the complexities of government contracting, including contract pricing, labor category requirements, funding parameters, and varying levels of candidate experience and qualifications.
