What You Will Do:

Our consultants on the AI & Data team help clients maximize the value of their data and automate business processes. This high performing team works with clients to implement the full spectrum of data analytics and data science, from data querying and wrangling to data engineering, to data visualization, dashboarding, and business intelligence (BI), to predictive analytics. Our services enable our clients to define their information strategy, enable mission critical insights and data-driven decision making, reduce cost and complexity, increase trust, and improve budget justifications and decision-making. This individual will support organizational and mission goals within the Federal Government. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Design and development of data visualization and dashboard solutions to provide required analytics insights using Tableau.
  • Leading and reviewing data cleaning scripts using tools such as Databricks, SQL, and Python.
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting tools used in operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and improved data handling, and contribute to implementation efforts.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver AI/analytics use cases, translating business needs into scalable data science solutions.
  • Focus on client services, while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
  • Support business development (such as RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses and white papers), internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development.


What You Will Need:
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related STEM field is required
  • ONE (1) or more year of experience in business analytics, data analysis, data engineer, data visualization or data science


What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to gather requirements and present to clients with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with dashboard tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments (such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Impala).
  • Experience performing analytics and data transformation using SQL, Python, and R.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and tools for data integration.


The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
