Summary:
The Data Analyst will play a key role in managing and analyzing data across Sarnova's IT systems, supporting SQL-based reporting, web platform administration and configuration, and customer implementation projects. This position requires strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI dashboard development, and the ability to configure and maintain web-based platforms to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ulDevelop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and data validation
ulDesign and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and usability
ulCollaborate with IT and business teams to support customer implementation projects, including data migration, configuration, and testing
ulPerform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for business stakeholders
ulEnsure data integrity and compliance with security and privacy standards
ulDocument processes, configurations, and data workflows for internal knowledge sharing
ulTroubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across systems and integrations
ulParticipate in cross-functional projects to enhance reporting capabilities and system performance
ulAdditional duties as assigned
Skills/Experience Required:
ulEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field required
ul4-6 years of experience in data analysis and reporting within IT or enterprise environments
ulAdvanced SQL skills (complex queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning)
ulHands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
ulStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
ulAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
ulExcellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
ulExperience with customer implementation projects (data migration, onboarding) preferred
ulFamiliarity with ETL tools, APIs, and data integration concepts preferred
ulKnowledge of healthcare or regulated environments preferred
ulExposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and data warehousing preferred
ulExperience with web platform administration and configuration a big plus
