Job Description
The
FCC Advisory Associate will lead multiple, simultaneous Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) engagements. This is a senior, client-facing role requiring strong expertise in U.S. AML regulations, project management, team leadership, and financial crime advisory.
Key Engagements:- AML model validations, including Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, Customer Risk Rating, and Fraud models
- Review, assessment, and development of FCC policies and procedures
- Gap assessments against applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards
- AML, Sanctions, and Fraud risk assessments
- AML/Sanctions program reviews and audits covering program design, staffing, documentation, policies, procedures, and overall effectiveness
Key Responsibilities:- Lead multiple complex FCC/AML engagements from planning through completion
- Serve as a subject matter expert on U.S. AML regulations and guidelines
- Review client policies, procedures, and AML programs for regulatory compliance and effectiveness
- Identify and distinguish material versus non-material compliance gaps
- Partner with data-focused teams and interpret analytical findings and their business implications
- Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations
- Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing findings and recommendations
- Train, mentor, and lead junior team members
- Engage professionally with senior and executive-level clients
- Support business development activities and lead client sales discussions
- Proactively identify additional opportunities to support clients
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 100000 - 140000 / per annum.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
