About the Role - We are seeking a Data & AI leader to drive enterprise-scale transformation through data-driven strategy and AI innovation. This role is responsible for building and scaling Data & AI practice capabilities, leading pre-sales activities, managing RFP and SOW development, and overseeing P&L performance to achieve sustained revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of expanding client portfolios and delivering measurable business outcomes through data, analytics, and AI investments.
This leader will bring deep expertise in enterprise data platforms, AI/ML enablement, and large-scale cloud modernization, effectively translating complex technology initiatives into tangible business value. The role also requires serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and sales leadership, aligning Data & AI strategies with business growth, market expansion, and competitive objectives.This role requires strong technical and delivery leadership, proven client relationship management experience, the ability to operate effectively within stringent SLA commitments, and agility in responding to rapidly evolving technical and business priorities. Given the expectations of the client stakeholders, we believe the ideal candidate should bring hands-on delivery depth, experience managing senior client relationships, a strong execution mindset, and the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Seattle, WA area. Candidates must reside in or be within commuting distance of Seattle to support clients across Washington State.
Qualifications- Extensive hands-on experience leading AI, data, and analytics initiatives with a deep understanding of the Data & AI landscape.
- Broad technical expertise across Data Management, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and related disciplines, with recognized depth in at least one area.
- Proven success in building and managing client relationships, from initial engagement through long-term trusted partnerships that drive business results.
- Strong track record in professional services sales, business development, and partner-led selling.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with prospects, clients, vendors, and strategic partners to position and deliver successful solutions.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience selling complex, technology-enabled transformation services and navigating diverse stakeholder groups throughout the sales cycle.
- Ability to clearly articulate the full portfolio of Data & AI services, solutions, and capabilities.
- Experience in the Consumer Products, Retail, and Services sectors is strongly preferred.

- Work with our delivery leadership to respond to opportunities and team-selling through RFP responses or other types of sales cycles.
- Participate in client/prospect calls, RFP/proposal responses (as part of the team)
- 10+ years Professional Services, Business Development, Account Management and/or partner management experience
- Proven success in both selling and delivering consulting engagements, from close client management and collaborating with senior executives to getting "hands on" in Delivery when required
- Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets in excess of $10m annually; manage engagements ranging from $1m to $15m in annual revenues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BA/BS degree required, with MBA or equivalent work experience preferred
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $92,700 - $195,000
