Position OverviewAs a Manager at SDG, you will lead and shape the future of data-driven transformation for our clients. You'll be responsible for guiding diverse teams, overseeing the end-to-end Data, Analytics & AI development process, and managing strong client relationships. By understanding client needs and aligning your team's efforts, you will deliver tailored solutions that drive growth and long-term value. This role requires a strategic leader who can execute current projects flawlessly while keeping future business development at the forefront, identifying new opportunities to expand our impact.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management & Business Development: Manage and grow client relationships, identify their core needs, and develop opportunities to position SDG as a leader in the Data, Analytics & AI sector. Experience in the CPG or Healthcare industries is a plus.
- Project Execution & Team Leadership: Ensure projects are executed efficiently by managing multi-office teams, structuring them for success, and providing technical guidance on complex, high-impact initiatives.
- Technical Strategy: Stay current with the latest technological trends in Data, Analytics & AI to deliver cutting-edge solutions and strategic advice that drive value for clients.
- Agile Project Management: Operate within agile environments, ensuring flexibility, team alignment, and iterative delivery tailored to project needs.
Qualifications- Professional Experience: Solid experience in Data, Analytics & AI projects, with deep expertise in Business Intelligence and/or Big Data tools and services.
- Educational Background: A degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field that fosters critical thinking.
- Comprehensive Data Knowledge: Extensive understanding of the entire data value chain, with a focus on modern data platforms and visualization practices.
- Agile Methodology: Proven experience working in agile environments and applying agile methodologies to manage projects effectively.
- Leadership Skills: A hands-on technical background combined with a team-oriented mindset, promoting a positive atmosphere and fostering collaboration across teams.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing project needs and make occasional trips to client offices as required.
