New hires will assist in project management activities to enable successful project outcomes by facilitating client communication, gathering business requirements, maintaining project scope, and removing project barriers. You will be expected to lead team-building events and develop internal team and customer relationships.

Skills and Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams, functions, and geographies
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and a commitment to continuous skill development
  • Willingness to travel as needed 60% or more annually based on client or project requirements

Education:
