The Cybersecurity Training Developer will support a federal agency's cybersecurity and compliance program by developing content for new cybersecurity training courses and assisting with compliance efforts, including compiling data for training metrics reporting.
- Support the development of content for the creation of new cybersecurity courses for a federal agency.
- Assist with compliance efforts including compiling data for reporting on training metrics.
- research current agency policy to respond to inquiries and promote compliance.
- Assist with all communications including procedure and policy documents, cybersecurity awareness building material, and briefings.
- Provide customer service support to trade partners to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Liaise between internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and provide metrics on the quantity of interconnection Security Agreements (ISAs) processed on a routine and recurring basis.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of information security experience, to include experience developing training content and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- US Citizenship / No Dual
Other Job Specific Skills- Strong understanding of IT cyber security tools, hardware/software security implementation, and communication protocols.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
