OCH Technologies is actively looking for a
Cybersecurity Task Order Project Manager supporting a Defense Logistics Agency program.
This position supports a proposal effort and is contingent upon award, customer approval, and successful onboarding requirements.
LocationOn-site: Columbus, OH
Core Responsibilities & Duties - Serves as the Project Manager for large, complex task orders or groups of task orders supporting the same migration system or program.
- Supports the Program Manager in coordinating with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), task order-level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
- Under the direction of the Program Manager, provides overall management and oversight of assigned task orders, ensuring requirements, deliverables, technical solutions, and schedules are executed effectively and in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Monitors task order execution to ensure technical solutions and project schedules are implemented in a timely and effective manner.
- Performs enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning to ensure alignment and interoperability across related systems, programs, and functional areas.
- Coordinates and manages interfaces with other functional systems to support successful integration, migration, and operational objectives.
Responsibilities may evolve over time to support team and organizational goals, but will remain consistent with the overall scope of the role.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in a technical discipline from an accredited university
Experience - Demonstrated leadership experience managing and delivering projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- Six (6) years of general Information Technology (IT) experience supporting enterprise technology, systems, infrastructure, or related technical functions.
- Six (6) years of cybersecurity experience supporting cybersecurity operations, risk management, security engineering, compliance, or related cybersecurity functions.
- Possess a recognized Risk Management Professional credential or certification.
- Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credential.
- Strong knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), including its principles, processes, controls, and application to cybersecurity risk management.
Security Clearance Requirement - Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance and be eligible for an IT-II (Non-Critical Sensitive) security designation or Tier 3 (T3) investigation upon assignment.
- Personnel assigned duties as a CERT Analyst must additionally possess an active DoD Top Secret security clearance and be eligible for an IT-I (Critical-Sensitive) security designation or Tier 5 (T5) investigation.
