5-7 years in Information Security support, with 4+ years in cybersecurity operations
Preferred certifications: CompTIA Security+, CEH, GSEC, CISSP or equivalent

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive L1/L2 Cybersecurity Operations Analyst to provide day-to-day security support, monitor and manage critical security technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect our organization's digital assets. In this role, you will serve as a frontline defender, handling routine security operations, incident triage, endpoint protection, and tool administration.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day cybersecurity support to the organization.
Monitor, manage, and support security tools and technology from a security standpoint.
Work closely with MSSP / SIEM for incident management and escalations.
Support network and perimeter security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, etc.).
Support endpoint security and endpoint protection (EDR/AV).
Support data loss prevention (DLP).
Support cloud security (Google Workspace, Google Cloud, SaaS, AWS).
Support O365 security.
Assist in VAPT, remediation tracking, and corrective action.
Assist in security incident handling and coordination.
Support identity and access management (day-to-day operations).
Monitor security changes, patches, and configuration compliance.
Work with IT and business teams on security initiatives and projects.
Maintain thorough documentation and reporting.
