Position Description: CGI is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer who will play a critical role in resolving complex information assurance challenges and integrating cutting edge electronic processes to tackle total system and technology problems inherent to IA requirements.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of integrating electronic processes and methodologies to resolve comprehensive system and technology challenges related to Information Assurance (IA) requirements. Your analytical expertise will be critical in identifying and addressing workflow, organizational, and planning issues, ensuring that systems remain secure and responsive.
This position is located in our Columbus, OH office with work performed at client site in Richmond, VA or Washington, D.C.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Performs a variety of routine project tasks applied to specialized cybersecurity problems.
• Tasks involve integration of electronic processes or methodologies to resolve total system problems, or technology problems as they relate to cybersecurity requirements.
• Analyzes information security requirements.
• Applies analytical and systematic approaches in the resolution of problems of workflow, organization, and planning.
• Provides security engineering support for planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, integration of information systems.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: * Seven (7) years of relevant IT experience
* DOD Top Secret Clearance
* Must be eligible for IT I
* Relevant certification meeting DOD 8570/8140 IAT level III
* Relevant certification meeting DOD 8570/8140 CND IS
*Primary DCWF Work Role 521: Cyber Defense Infrastructure Support
Proficiency Level: Intermediate
Secondary DCWF Work Role 441: Network Operations (NETOPS) Specialist
Proficiency Level: Intermediate
Experience in assisting in identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating the protection of critical cyber defense infrastructure and key resources.

Computing Environment: F5 Certified Technology Specialist is ASM (requires F5 CTS ASM certification).

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $127,500.00 $251,100.00.
