Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads high-impact development initiatives across multiple systems or domains
- Designs future-state application capabilities and contributes to platform evolution within assigned domains
- Defines development standards, frameworks, and best practices for secure application development
- Collaborates with stakeholders and architects to shape application and platform direction
- Mentors developers and drives engineering excellence
- Influences cross-functional engineering and product decisions
- Ensures scalability, reliability, and long-term sustainability of systems
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Advanced expertise in system architecture, coding, and design
- Strong understanding of development ecosystems and security implications
- Ability to lead large-scale technical initiatives
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and influence across teams
- Deep knowledge of secure application development and integration including SailPoint Identity IQ and Identity Security Cloud

Education
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
