Full Job Description
Client Relationship & Sales Support Specialist to support the revenue pipeline, lead individual sales cycles and support opportunities from Stage 0 until closed and then continue to build client and client team relationships after the close. Liaise between client, sales, and delivery teams; manage pipeline cadence, proposal development, opportunity tracking, stakeholder communication, and CRM hygiene. Drive client success operations: onboarding coordination, QBR preparation, account health monitoring, renewal/expansion pipeline, reporting, and continuous relationship improvement. The Work: • Build trusted client relationships that transform how clients experience cybersecurity response partnership and long-term risk management • Design, set up, and refine the sales cycle process and post-close engagement model, ensuring every stage from Stage 0 through renewal runs seamlessly • Work with internal sales, delivery, and technical teams - as well as client stakeholders - to create standout client experiences • Develop strong relationships across internal client teams and clients and earn the trust of key decision makers, technical leads, and executive sponsors • Pitch in on broader sales efforts when needed - supporting proposals, pursuits, and pipeline development across the team • Continue to grow your knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, client industry dynamics, and consultative sales best practices Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here's What You Need: • Must have at least 3 years of experience in sales & strong communications skills and executive presence. • Must have at least 3 years of experience in the Cybersecurity field. • Must be highly organized with at least 3 years of strong project management experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
