Cyber Security Program Manager
The Opportunity:

As the Cyber Security Program Manager, you will lead enterprise-wide security initiatives, overseeing the development and execution of SOC strategies, governance frameworks, and operational processes. This role drives continuous improvement, measures performance, and partners with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization's security posture and ensure seamless integration of security operations.

What You'll Work On:

• Lead the development and execution of a robust Security Operations Center (SOC) strategy and implementation roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and industry best practices.
• Design, establish, and sustain an Enterprise SOC (ESOC) governance framework to support effective oversight and risk management.
• Direct ESOC operations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring operational activities are integrated with organizational security goals.
• Implement and oversee ESOC performance measurement systems, tracking key metrics to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes.
• Conduct ongoing evaluations and effectiveness reviews of ESOC processes, leveraging insights to enhance security posture and operational maturity.
• Partner with cross-functional security teams to facilitate seamless integration of ESOC initiatives, promoting unified threat response and information sharing.

You Have:

• Experience leading teams, managing projects, and program management
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and project management
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance SOC operations
• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Cybersecurity and 12+ years of experience with supervision responsibilities for multiple Enterprise Security Operations Center teams, monitoring multiple unclassified and classified networks spanning multiple geographically dispersed locations or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Computer Science and 10+ years of experience with supervision responsibilities for multiple Enterprise Security Operations Center teams, monitoring multiple unclassified and classified networks spanning multiple geographically dispersed locations
• CISSP, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
