Briefly Describe the WorkGlobal InfoTek, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Range Engineer / Infrastructure Lead to architect, deploy, and manage complex virtualized and physical cyber-physical range environments for the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MuTC) INNG Cyber Range program. In this role, you will lead network orchestration, automated scenario generation, and closed-loop environment provisioning to support urban cyber warfare simulations, ICS/SCADA evaluation, and joint offensive/defensive military exercises.
Required Skills- Demonstrated experience in virtualized range design and closed-loop network architecture.
- Proficiency with hypervisors and virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi/vSphere, KVM, OpenStack).
- Expertise in network orchestration, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudInit.
- Experience developing automated cyber range scenario generation tools and traffic replication scripts.
- Strong understanding of software-defined networking (SDN), VLAN segmentation, and routing protocols.
Desired Skills- Experience integrating cyber-physical assets (ICS/SCADA, IoT, Building Automation) into virtual range environments.
- Prior experience supporting DoD or National Guard military cyber exercises and range facilities.
- Familiarity with RF/telecommunications emulation and tactical data link testing.
Relevant CertificationsDoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II/III (e.g., Security+, CySA+, CISSP) or Cloud/Virtualization Certifications (VCP, CKA)
