Full Job Description
Cyber Intelligence Planner The Opportunity: Provide all-source intelligence production and analysis in support of offensive and defensive operations across the full spectrum of cyberspace services with a strong focus on production, analysis, and integration with other sources. Leverage understanding of the Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace (IPB) process, military intelligence doctrine support to the Joint Targeting Process, and provide formal feedback to intelligence reporting authors and sources. Participate in analytic exchanges with higher and adjacent headquarters as required. Develop intelligence products, guides, and briefs, including daily analytical briefings and products, pattern and trend analysis, intelligence preparation of the environment (IPOE), collection and request for information (RFI) management, target system analysis and intelligence support to planning. Collaborate with external cyber intelligence organizations. Participate in conferences, working groups, meetings, and other forums and demonstrate intelligence expertise through discussion, whitepapers, meeting notes, and presentations. You Have: 30+ years of experience with military or government professionals supporting a cryptologic mission 7+ years of experience with intelligence analysis Experience with intelligence plans, intelligence preparation of the operational environment (IPOE), intelligence operations, and joint collection management boards (JCMBs) Experience in collaborating with external cyber intelligence organizations Experience with preparation of joint and interagency all source products and integrating all intelligence disciplines, including OSINT and SIGINT Experience with integrating DoD and intelligence community (IC) capabilities, including developing and answering IPBs, priority intelligence requirements (PIRs), source directed requirements (SDRs), and RFIs and providing formal feedback to intelligence production Knowledge of Military Intelligence Analysis and the intelligence cycle and how it impacts operations planning and execution TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Experience with Analyst Notebook, TargetProfiler, DataXplorer, GeoXplorer, LinkXplorer, DEVNAV, UTT, or XKeyScore Knowledge of overall Cyberspace trends, analysis, and operations related to computer network defense and national level communities Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and developments in academia or fields that affect tradecraft methodology Knowledge of DoD analytical writing and final cyber analytical products Ability to provide all-source intelligence analysis and assessments pertaining to the Cyberspace domain Bachelor's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Compensation Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
