Job DescriptionRole: Data, Cloud & Network ManagerBand: C1About the role:This role will be responsible for driving enterprise network security initiatives, supporting business growth through RFP/RFI engagements, and collaborating with senior leadership across technology domains.
Need to have specialization in various security technology to support overall security operations for Data, Cloud & network security and strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving, Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, Proven experience driving cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives, continuously identify risks and enforce robust security controls that should result in an improved user experience without compromising security.
R͏oles & Responsibilities- Lead the Cybersecurity operations team with a strong focus on DLP, Data protection, Cloud & Network security governance (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, NAC, DNS security etc.)
- Hand-on experience on security tool governance and control effectiveness to maintain the compliance on Data protection, Cloud security control.
- Expertise on security control program (Data Loss Prevention, Data Security Governance & Cloud Security Operations) and drive continuous improvements.
- Define, develop & execute cybersecurity strategies aligned with Business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Good understanding on Data Security Governance controls lifecycle i.e. Data Discovery, Data Encryption, Classification & Labelling, Data Activity Monitoring, Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and Data Masking across structured and unstructured data types
- Provides expertise and guidance on potential issues & risks remediations, enhancements, or delay experience in technology security areas to include cloud, data, storage, data access governance.
- Participate in security architecture review, security control assessment & support Audit.
- Expertise on operation & vendor management & governance to meet SLA metrics, health & compliance dashboards readiness, and reporting to the leadership.
͏Qualifications• Master's/bachelor's degree in computer science, information security or a related field with 8-10 years of experience in managing security Operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a large corporate enterprise.
• Expertise in firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, NAC, Data and Cloud security (DLP, CASB and CSPM)
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity tools, technologies, best practices.
• Strong RFP/RFI and client engagement experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM etc.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000.00 to $158,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
