Qualifications

• Graduate of Senior Leader Course (SLC), Captain's Career Course (CCC), Warrant Officer Advanced Course (WOAC), or Command and General Staff College (CGSC).
• Graduate of specialized cyber-related courses such as FA 29A EW, 17B EWQC, or 170A/B WOAC.
• Completion of advanced planning courses like ACOPC, COPC, or AFIT Cyber 200/300 is required; completion of Joint Combined Warfighting School or SAMS is preferred.
• A minimum of 24 months of Brigade Combat Team (BCT) or Division level experience is essential.
• Achieved at least E-8 (NCO), CW3 (Warrant Officer), or O-3 (Commissioned Officer) rank.
• Documented experience in planning or leadership roles at Battalion level or higher is necessary.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead professional development initiatives for senior cyber leaders in the Cyber Captains Career Course (CyCCC).
• Integrate Common Core doctrine with specialized Information Advantage training.
• Train mid-career officers and warrant officers on Brigade and Division level operations.
• Deliver instructional materials effectively, ensuring course objectives are met.
• Guide students in understanding Information Advantage principles and applications.
• Support operational planning and execution simulations in training environments.
• Assess and enhance the effectiveness of instructional methodologies and course content.
