Why This Role
The Customer Supply Chain Associate Manager plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and supply chain performance across domestic, affiliate, and export customers. This position serves as a key link between customers and internal teams, using data-driven insights to optimize inventory availability, improve service performance, and strengthen customer relationships. This role is ideal for a supply chain professional who enjoys collaborating cross-functionally, solving complex business challenges, and influencing customer replenishment and operational decisions that drive measurable business results.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and optimize the customer order management process to support high service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Review customer orders, inventory levels, forecast performance, and product availability to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze customer supply chain data, including forecasts, inventory, point-of-sale performance, and in-stock metrics, to develop recommendations that improve replenishment and service outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain customer-specific reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze key customer performance indicators such as OTIF, fill rate, on-time delivery, order compliance, deductions, chargebacks, and fines.
  • Build strong partnerships with customer supply chain teams and other external stakeholders to drive performance improvements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead customer discussions and participate in regular business reviews focused on inventory, replenishment, service performance, and operational improvement.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, IT, and third-party partners to resolve order fulfillment issues and improve business processes.
  • Support new product launches by ensuring customers are properly set up and ready to order new items.
  • Partner with internal teams to support customer onboarding activities, including EDI connectivity and operational requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and leverage digital tools, reporting solutions, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Promote and support quality standards and compliance requirements within all areas of responsibility.


What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of supply chain, customer service, customer operations, or related experience within a customer-facing environment.
  • Experience working with retailer and customer platforms such as Retail Link, Vendor Central, or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI.
  • ERP experience required; Oracle experience preferred.
  • Understanding of POS data, inventory management, customer metrics, and replenishment processes.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive accountability without direct authority.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
