DescriptionWe9re growing fast and working with leading global companies, and we9re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team and play a key role in driving customer value, adoption, and long-term success.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you9ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales, acting as a trusted advisor to our customers and helping them get the most out of OX.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You9ll Be Doing- Lead onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation
- Provide training and guidance to help customers integrate OX into their workflows
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting customers throughout their lifecycle
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to address complex challenges and improve the product
- Monitor customer usage, drive adoption, and identify opportunities for growth (retention, upsell, cross-sell)
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure long-term customer success
RequirementsWhat We9re Looking For- Bachelor9s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role in a SaaS company
- Experience in cybersecurity / application security - strong advantage
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a strategic approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
