Full Job Description
The Role and Why It Exists

Gravitee is redefining how enterprises manage and govern APIs, events, and agents across modern architectures. As adoption accelerates across North America, we are expanding our new business sales team to capture this growth.

AI and modern architecture are rewriting the rules of business, and Gravitee is at the center of that transformation. As our Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the strategic guide and technical project lead driving successful enterprise platform deployments. Unlike traditional relationship-only CS roles, this position is heavily rooted in technical implementation, onboarding execution, and driving rapid time-to-value. You will guide enterprise accounts from initial contract signing through architecture integration, platform launch, and long-term expansion.
What You Will Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Own the technical implementation lifecycle, guiding enterprise clients from kickoff through architecture planning, platform launch, and long-term value realization.
  • Act as the primary project lead and trusted technical advisor for enterprise accounts navigating complex API management and AI security deployments.
  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Support, and Product teams to resolve technical deployment roadblocks, clear integration friction, and escalate client requirements.
  • Develop customized customer success plans, defining clear onboarding milestones, technical success metrics, and platform adoption targets.
  • Monitor account health, platform usage, and technical risk indicators to proactively mitigate churn and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer, bringing field feedback directly to Engineering and Product leaders to inform product roadmaps.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and executive alignment sessions to showcase ROI and map out future architecture goals.
Essential Skills

The right candidate will bring a combination of enterprise sales experience, technical curiosity, and strong execution skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Implementation, or Professional Services within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Solid domain knowledge or strong affinity for developer platforms, API management, event-driven architecture, or enterprise security.
  • Proven track record leading complex technical implementations for enterprise accounts with multi-stakeholder teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple client launches against tight timelines.
  • High technical literacy - comfortable speaking with enterprise architects, security teams, and developers while translating complex concepts for business executives.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for key client kickoffs, on-site workshops, and team alignments.
What You Will Get at Gravitee
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401K program with company participation
  • Equity participation through our employee stock option plan
  • Generous paid time off, plus U.S. national holidays
  • Dedicated mental health days with an annual wellness allowance
  • Your birthday off to celebrate your day
  • Professional development allowance to support your growth and career progression
  • Quarterly team outings and an annual company offsite
  • Flexible, hybrid work environment with access to Gravitee hubs
  • The opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented people in the API and platform technology space
  • A global, inclusive culture that values impact, collaboration, and growth
