About the RoleYou'll own the success of our customers from the moment they sign - not just in terms of adoption, but in delivering real operational outcomes inside some of the most complex manufacturing environments in the world.
You'll be trusted early with high-stakes accounts, working directly with senior operators to solve messy, ambiguous problems that don't have playbooks yet. This is a role for people who want responsibility, exposure, and the chance to have a visible impact quickly - not a narrow or purely supportive customer success function.
