Job Description/Preferred Qualifications- Enable customer success by providing high quality measurements and reducing measurement variability.
- Use analytical skills to troubleshoot issues based on metrology results.
- Document results and make presentations on all aspects of products.
- Develop models for advanced films and optical CD measurements in semiconductor manufacturing and development, primarily using optical spectroscopy including spectroscopic ellipsometry and spectroscopic ellipsometry.
- Assists sales and marketing staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional organizations including engineering, service, sales and marketing within KLA and with customer engineers.
- Conduct new product introduction projects.
- Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineer; leading and coordinating remote/local troubleshooting.
- Perform experiments to characterize tool/subcomponent performance and develop recipes to model applications.
- This job may require 20- 30% travelling and potential relocation to a different site.
Minimum QualificationsMaster's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
Base Pay Range: $102,000.00 - $173,400.00 Annually
