Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, or supply chain roles within hardware companies.
• Experience as a customer-facing engineer at an automation vendor or contract manufacturer.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes and production output.
• Proven ability to manage projects from inception to acceptance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential hardware companies for assembly programs.
• Lead programs from initial conversation to production acceptance.
• Conduct discovery and pilot scoping with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and present quotes to clients.
• Maintain ongoing customer contact throughout the acceptance process.
