Full Job Description
About the role
For us, a signed contract is the starting line. The moment a customer signs, Customer Deployment takes over, and our job is to make Endra the way their engineers actually work as soon as possible.
As Customer Deployment Manager, you'll own that journey for some of our most important customers: large engineering consultancies with many offices, hundreds of engineers, and a long list of stakeholders who all need to say yes. You'll be the project lead for each rollout. You set up the structure, drive adoption, clear the roadblocks, and make the value impossible to miss.
You'll work hand in hand with our product specialists who are MEP engineers: they bring the MEP depth, you bring the structure and the commercial lens. Together you'll help engineers who have worked the same way for decades adopt a new one.
What you'll do.
Own onboarding and rollout. Lead on-site and remote onboarding with our product specialists so MEP engineers get up and running fast and deliver real results using Endra on their very first project. You own the plan and the milestones, and you keep every stakeholder moving.
Work every stakeholder. Cover everyone from the CEO and heads of discipline to BIM managers, IT and the engineers on the project. Keep them involved at the right moments, and turn early users into champions who train their colleagues.
Measure and report the wins. Agree on success criteria with each customer, track adoption and account health, and act on risk early. Turn the results into clear wins for their leadership and for Endra.
Clear the roadblocks. Spot what's stalling early, whether it's technical, organizational, or a skeptical team. Bring in the right people and see it through.
Find the next opportunity. Uncover new teams, offices and use cases, and support account managers in further growing the customer accounts.
Shape the product. Bring structured insight from the field to product and engineering, so what we build next is what customers need.
Build the playbook. Our deployment function is young. You'll define how Endra rolls out, measures and reports, and set the standard the team scales on.
Who you are
You've run or played a key role in enterprise software rollouts, with 3-5 years of client-facing experience in customer success, implementation or management consulting, ideally in a complex, expert-driven industry.
You've driven change management before and know that getting a large organization onto new technology is as much about people as about software.
You're structured and organized, and you stay calm when there are many moving parts.
You take ownership, and your track record shows it in results delivered and responsibilities that grew.
You have commercial instinct. You know adoption drives renewal and expansion, and you think about the customer's business case, not only usage numbers.
You're an excellent communicator, in writing and in the room, and a team player who makes the people around you better.
You're comfortable building as you go, improving a playbook rather than just following it.
How we think and work
Less is more: We simplify and ship smaller, fast.
Build the right things: We listen carefully and build what users actually need.
Velocity & Quality: We build things that last, but we don't perfect them forever.
