Qualifications: Education: Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technologist Education Program License/Certifications: NYS License in Diagnostic Radiography, ARRT (R), BLS NYS Radiologic Technologist with injection certification to be obtained within 6 months Responsible to: Radiology Leadership Responsible for: All behaviors described in position summary/duties Knowledge/Skill Requirements Excellent communication skills Ability to work well with other departments Basic computer skills Strong customer service skills Summary: The CT Technologist performs various imaging procedures according to department protocol and procedures which may include diagnostic imaging in the in-patient, emergency, outpatient and intra-operative setting. The technologist is responsible for the acquisition process, storage of imaging, and completing all required documentation and paperwork to ensure appropriate presentation to the radiologist for interpretation. Salary Range: $39.70 - $47.43
