Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Radiology Sciences, Business, or Management preferred
• Certification in CT by the ARRT
• Valid MRT license from the Texas Medical Board (TMB)
• Current CPR certification
• Five years of experience in CT Clinical
• Three years of management experience as a CT supervisor/manager, preferably in an academic environment
• Proficient with CT scanner, PACS, RIS, and related clinical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage CT department staff and operational activities within a matrix organizational structure
• Report directly to the Director of Imaging Services while collaborating with physicians and administrators
• Oversee performance evaluations for CT Technologists and clerical staff
• Participate in hiring and disciplinary processes for department staff
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in imaging services
• Foster a collaborative environment among staff and partners
• Assist in the budgeting and resource allocation for the CT department.
