Qualifications

• Strong motivation for new FAB construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of international building regulations and construction sequences.
• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Proven problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Professional Engineer license is advantageous.
• Flexibility in adapting to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall responsibilities as the CM engineer.
• Ensure CSA design compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Control and manage the project schedule effectively.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor resources and materials for construction.
• Manage logistics planning for the construction site.
• Coordinate and integrate interfaces between multiple contractors.
• Handle construction-related permits and communications with authorities.
• Manage construction payments and change orders efficiently.
• Ensure safety, quality, and security on the construction site.
• Inspect and document construction site activities and progress.
• Monitor design progress, identifying risks associated with project timelines.
