What You'll Do- Administer sedation and anesthesia for pain management cases with a focus on patient safety and comfort
- Partner with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based anesthesia services
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in compliance with all regulatory standards
- Contribute to a team-first culture that values both autonomy and collaboration
Compensation & BenefitsW-2 Option:- Full-Time (5 days/week): $250,000 annually
- Part-Time (3 or 4 days/week): Pro-rated salary based on days worked
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid malpractice coverage, and vacation
1099 Option:- Hourly Rate: $190-$200 per hour
- Minimum Guarantee: 8 hours per day
- Schedule: 3 to 5 days per week consistently
Schedule: No nights, no weekends, no holidays
What We're Looking For- Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
- Texas licensure preferred - or the ability to obtain prior to start date
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
