Full Job Description
Oregon Anesthesiology Group (OAG) is seeking critical care anesthesiologists to join our private practice group in Portland, Oregon. OAG staffs intensive care units across multiple health systems in the larger Portland area and has pathways for positions at smaller community mixed units, a larger neurocritical care unit, an ECMO team, as well as cardiac intensive care at a major cardiac center with advanced heart failure, MCS, and transplant.

Anesthesiologists with our group mix and match opportunities between the ICU and the OR to find a practice that works best for them. OAG, as a physician owned and led group, focuses on supportive culture, enriching careers, and flexibility. Additional opportunities could potentially be developed for motivated intensivists.

OAG as a whole seeks anesthesiologists to meet the needs of our expanding practice. We are a physician-owned, physician-run practice focused on delivering the highest-quality care possible. We provide services at a wide range of facilities in Oregon and Washington State, ranging from large tertiary-care centers to community hospitals to ASCs, with many of our providers providing services at more than one facility. The size and diversity of our practice means that you have the freedom to shape your ideal job-whatever your career goals, we can match you with an opportunity in our system. We seek candidates eager to contribute to our supportive and collaborative group.

OAG is an equal opportunity employer supporting an inclusive culture that promotes and values diversity. OAG's mission is to be the independent practice of choice for excellence in anesthesia. We hire to these values: Excellence, Independence, Stewardship, Teamwork, Integrity, and Belonging. These are the values that drive us and make OAG a great place to work. With over 200 employed physicians and CRNAs, OAG is uniquely positioned to provide a well-managed, growth environment for you to expand your career.
