Responsibilities
Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including parenting, food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth user interviews with core community creators to identify unmet beauty content opportunities in the local market. - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to help shape the approach to content and influencer strategy. - Manage the end-to-end establishment of creator partnerships, including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, draft revisions, content delivery, creator performance reports, and analysis. - Analyze creators' content & performance and propose innovative solutions to help creators achieve platform success. - Launch online campaigns to increase content supply and consumption within the app, and raise category awareness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives for social media exposure and user acquisition. - Hold offline events with KOLs in the beauty industry to attract more core community users to join the app and shape the community culture at an early stage.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and above. - Experience working directly with creators for content strategy and campaigns - At least 3+ years of experience and understanding of content ecosystems and algorithms. - Brings good understanding of content and strong logic. Able to identify abstract content characteristics in structured and systematic ways. - Possess data analysis capabilities and strong user empathy. Based on data analysis, able to assist in identifying and improving user experience to meet user demand. - Experience working with large sets of data to generate insights and conduct root cause analyses. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in the beauty industry is a plus. - Great understanding of the content (static or video) industry. - Strong execution and data analysis skills. Familiar with content ecosystems. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $208800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
