About the Team The TikTok LIVE Ecosystem team's mission is to create a sustainable livestream ecosystem. We strive to ensure our users and creators a high quality experience on the platform. This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a team to balance enforcement effectiveness with creator experience, minimizing unnecessary disruption to LIVE creators - Drive high-impact initiatives to improve creator experience within enforcement and moderation systems - Define and scale creator education initiatives to improve understanding of policies and enforcement mechanisms, reducing avoidable violations - Own core creator experience metrics, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven strategies - Translate data insights into clear strategies and actionable team priorities - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Ops, Policy, Data Science, etc.) to drive alignment and ensure successful delivery of initiatives - Navigate competing priorities and constraints across stakeholders to make informed decisions and drive outcomes - Drive clear and effective communication across teams and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - BA/BS degree - 5+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in content safety, quality, moderation, monetization, or related domains - 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams - Experience working on UGC and/or PGC products, with a strong understanding of content ecosystems - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across complex cross-functional environments - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy and drive data-informed execution - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different levels Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, with strong judgment and prioritization skills - Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and/or other data analysis/visualization tools

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103360 - $273600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
