The Role

We're hiring a Creative Strategist to own performance creative across our paid channels. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role on a small team moving fast - you'll work directly with the CEO and shape the creative engine that drives our growth.

You'll own creative strategy and testing across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube - driving concept development, structured experimentation, and performance analysis. You know what converts. You can build a killer hook from a blank page. And you use data to get sharper, not just to report back.

You'll work closely with creators, performance marketers, and editors to build a repeatable, high-velocity creative engine. The work you lead will have a direct impact on customer acquisition and CAC efficiency.

What You'll Do
  • Own creative strategy and testing across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels - full funnel, all formats, 250+ ads per week
  • Write high-converting scripts, hooks, and copy at volume - for paid ads, organic content, and everything in between
  • Analyze performance, identify winners fast, and iterate - turning data into better concepts, angles, and creative bets
  • Build and run structured testing frameworks: hooks, formats, audiences, offers
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators, video editors, and agency partners
  • Work directly with editors to produce ad creative


What You Bring
  • 3-6+ years in performance marketing, paid social, or growth creative
  • You're a strong writer - hooks, scripts, ad copy - and you can do it at volume without losing quality
  • Sharp creative instincts backed by data fluency: you know your CAC, CVR, CPA, hook rate, and hold rate - and you know why a winning ad wins
  • Experience building and running structured creative testing strategies across channels
  • Proven ability to generate high-volume, scalable creative concepts that actually perform
