OverviewYou live in both worlds: the budget and the brainstorm. You can run a workback schedule, keep a project on track, and still get into the weeds of the creative when it counts. You protect the team's space to make great work and bring the client's perspective into the room. You're comfortable speaking directly to clients about both dollars and ideas. You know when to push back and can have the honest conversations needed to keep a project moving. You understand the work well enough to speak about it with confidence, bring good energy and a proactive mindset, and know how to navigate ambiguity without losing sight of the goal.
