About the Opportunity:

- Design and product all retail store signage, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring accurate on-time installation across locations
- Own our private products end to end, from design and development through sourcing, production, and launch. Develop the in-house product line and manage supplier relationships, samples, pricing, and quality.
- Own wholesale print projects, partnering with stakeholders to deliver materials that elevate the brand with wholesale partners.
- Push and drive creative across all work. Bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo, and raise the creative bar for the brand.
- Support digital creative needs as they arise, adapting print and product work for online channels.
- Travel to retail stores approximately once a month to handle in-person activations involving printed and physical marketing materials, brand and vinyl installs, and to review signage, in-store presentation, and product to ensure brand standards are met
