Creative Director, Copy to join Translation in our
Brooklyn headquarters!
The Creative Director manages the creative integrity across a number of brands and projects. They are responsible for ensuring creative development occurs in a timely manner, and the work is in line with not only the client brief but the creative standards and point of view of the agency. The CD is a stakeholder for internal and external relationships and presentations, oversees creative staff as part of their remit, playing a vital role in developing our creative talent.
# Preferred Qualifications- Training or degree in a directly-related field, such as advertising, art / design, or journalism / creative writing.
- A background with progressive experience in a client-facing, creative leadership role in a creative agency environment.
- Digitally savvy; MUST be proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite as well as knowledge of current A.I. tools and platforms.

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.

The salary range above is for NY/CA. As a company, we have a location based strategy, which means the salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location.
