The work- Familiarizing yourself with the campaign and target audience,
- Collaborating with our Marketing + Communications team and business SMEs to make the work great
- Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery
- Design original pieces-from collateral to social posts to event visuals
- Review other designers' work to ensure high quality
- Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
- Apply typography techniques
- Think through and solve for complex creative challenges
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
What you need- Strong visual and creative storytelling skills (concept to craft)
- Comfortable to work independently or in a group
- Proactive in sharing ideas and solving challenges
- Skills in managing expectations, projects and resources
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the design and meet deadlines
- Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- 6+ years of relevant experience

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
